General

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is midday.

Room service is available: 6:30 – 11:00 for breakfast, 11:00 – 21:30 room service menu and drinks menu. Tray charge will apply.

Dog-friendly rooms are available on request – charges apply.

This is currently not available, but please check back for updates.

Full laundry and dry cleaning services are available, please contact us at hello@middleeight.com to find out more.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel including our restaurants, bars, rooms and suites.

All our rooms and suites have air conditioning.

Guest assistance and reception services are available 24/7.

We endeavour to offer you a comfortable and pleasant stay but sometimes things can go awry. If you wish to discuss your feedback with us please contact us on hello@middleeight.com.

We do not accept cash payments at our hotel, restaurant or any other facilities at Middle Eight.

Dining

Food is served at the following times:
Breakfast: 6.30am – 11.00am
Lunch: 12.00pm – 3.00pm
Dinner: 5.00pm – 10.00pm (Monday to Saturday)
Dolce Counter: All afternoon, serving teas, coffees, drinks and patisserie treats
Sycamore Bar: 6.30am – 10pm, light bites are served from 12.00pm – 10.00pm

Due to the popularity of Sycamore restaurant, we recommend booking in advance if you would like to dine with us during your stay. If the date of your request is fully booked, please do contact us directly and we would be happy to assist.

Light bites are served in The Balcony from 7:00 – 22:00.

Reservations

We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cash or cheque payments. Upon check-in/reservation, we will request a pre-authorisation of your credit/debit card. The pre-authorisation is not a charge and no funds will be debited from your account during this process.

Yes, all our booked rates include VAT.

Our best available rates will always be offered via middleeight.com. Should you find a 'fully packaged rate' cheaper online, we will offer our price match service. Our price promise guarantee is valid on 'packaged rates'. Proof of package like for like will be requested upon booking.
